Malcolm's playing career included the youth programs at both Sheffield United & Chesterfield FC, after which he played semi-pro in the UK. During this time Coaching football (a.k.a soccer) became a focus, a passion.
Malcolm is one of the most qualified soccer coaches in Manitoba, obtaining both the CSA A Licence and the UEFA B Diploma during his coaching careeer; and has also been qualified as a Children's Fitness Instructor. Malcolm is also been a coach educator for both the Canadian Soccer Association and the Football Association (England). For his efforts and leadership he has been awarded the prestigious coach educator FIFA Futuro 3 Award.
Since arriving in Canada 15 years ago Malcolm has led 7 teams to medals at Nationals. He's looking to build a team to chase another title! Malcolm's reputation within the Manitoba soccer community is well documented and he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position.
